There's no doubt that all successful businesses start off first with a brilliant idea. After all, in today's fiercely competitive environment, innovation is the ammunition entrepreneurs need to stand out in the crowd. but coming up with that money making idea is only the first part, the next step involves figuring out what to do next now that you have it.

How do you expand on your idea and turn it into a worthwhile venture that's lucrative, impactful and a difference maker for others?

As you start to go through the business planning process, expand your idea by being clear on what you want to do, how you'll do it and what resources you'll need to get there.  The next step is a matter of organizing all the key elements needed and make sure that they're in place to move forward. Whether it's in the construction business or in life, its all about expanding and organizing.
