Prior to the pandemic, one in five Canadians experienced mental health problems, but according to an Angus Reid study approximately 50% of Canadians say their mental health has worsened due to COVID-19. This will undoubtedly have impacts on all parts of our society including the workplace.

Podcaster, Rui Nunes (@IAmRuiNunes) is a mental health and well being advocate who’s focused on helping to improve workplace mental health.
