Emotional baggage or emotional backpacks is the term used to describe the unresolved emotional issues; traumas, disappointments, letdowns and stresses from the past. When feelings have not been able to run their course, they tend to hang around and we store them as emotional baggage. Carrying around a full backpack of past emotions can take a toll on us physically but it can also interfere with our professional drive or goals, the ability to establish, maintain and build healthy relationships while overall robbing the enjoyment out of life.

If you suspect that unresolved emotions are weighing you down, you need to begin the process of healing to unload your baggage, lighten your load and begin living your audacious life.

“How can you compare a daffodil to a rose to a peony, to a chrysanthemums and all of the beautiful flowers? They were never meant to compare themselves with each other. They were only supposed to be them.”
