Episode #122: Strive to Be Bigger, Better & Braver Featuring Nancy Pickard

If you have a belief that you need to be invisible, then you also have a fear of being seen. So you don't want to put yourself out there because you don't want to be seen, that gets in the way of you taking a big CEO job or writing a book and being on podcast or being a speaker.

Limiting or false beliefs are hazardous to our overall growth, development and well being because they hold us back from a fulfilling life of abundance we were meant to live. These beliefs live deep in our subconscious could stem from our personal fears, how we were raised or what society tells us and since so much of our actions stem from our subconscious, false beliefs play a huge role in nearly everything we do including what actions we take or not. Essentially, if we change or dissolve our beliefs, especially our false beliefs, we can change our behavior and ultimately change our life.

It starts with analyzing our existing beliefs and determining which beliefs are false and which are grounded is some form of truth. The more of these beliefs that you can zero in on, the mire you can challenge, question and ultimately eliminate.

“What happens with those beliefs is that we have them in our subconscious, we have these underlying commitments, we have these promises that we make to ourselves that support the belief,”

Nancy Pickard is a certified Master Integrative Life Coach and Holistic Health Lifestyle Coach.
